In order to reduce the footprint, we should not only try to eat less meat or fish, but with vegetables, legumes and beans and some eat nuts. And the almond is certainly not part of that, one almond nut needs 3.8 litres of water to grow, and that with the water scarcity that prevails in country of origin. Eighty percent of almonds come from California, and are not organic and pure at the grade. Millions of bees die annually as a result of watering on the almond orchards.
So healthy, I don't estimate the almond nut anyway.!

How to have a balanced diet without damaging my health due to the lack of nutrients?
@roxana_ac That food that's good for both, and by the way, there's plenty of resources and nutrients outside that one almond. I only eat indigenous and seasonal foods. And rest assured, with my autoimmune disease, that's very limited.
