Cocoa, Chocolate

This is not exactly a recipe, but it is one of the most delicious ingredients (in my opinion) when we want to prepare something sweet, I tell you about that wonderful fruit called Cacao and which processed gives us delicious chocolate.
Talking about chocolate is making it a product that is present in many moments of our lives, some joyful and others not so much.
But I'm sure of one thing, in the great chocolates of the world there is a cocoa that always says present to give it a deep flavor for its aromatic and fruity notes, I mean Chuao cocoa, a variety of cocoa that is produced in the state of Aragua, Venezuela, mainly and with a special presence in the population of Chuao, very close to one of the quintessential beach destinations such as Choroni.
If you are a chocolate lover look at the ingredients and if you see Venezuelan cocoa among them, enjoy this trip to the wonders of my land.
