Fiber is the most versatile term that is specifically applied to any type of carbohydrate that your body is not able to digest this is the asserted effect that your body doesn't use fiber to fuel does it make it less valuable to your overall health but as a writer, I am asking you that without fibers our body can't run in a smooth we like a well-mechanized machine.
