You did not mention exactly how much flour, but here is the one I use, serving 4 people: 400g flour, 100ml water, 50ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 packet about 11g dry yeast. Mix yeast in lukewarm liquids, spread the salt on the outside and around the quantity of flour, mix gradually and knead for about 2min. Allow to prove 1 hour.
@Arshi cool! Basically, for one crispy pizza I mix: 55ml water, 12.5ml olive oil, 110g flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and necessary yeast for the amount of flour used. Basically, for one crispy pizza I mix: 55ml water, 12.5ml olive oil, 110g flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and necessary yeast for the amount of flour used. For fluffier pizza (also 1 person), I mix: 75ml water, 20ml olive oil, 125g flour and do not change amount of salt/yeast. This is something super easy to knead by hand, about 1 min or when it stops sticking to the work surface. Brush olive oil and leave it to prove.
