Is it better to shower with hot water or cold water? What are the benefits of each? Your body reacts differently to high or low temperatures. Bathing is an essential part of a healthy routine, but how does it affect your health?

The truth is that the idea of taking a cold shower when the thermometers are excessively high and in the middle of summer is something more than revitalizing while taking a hot bath in the middle of winter or when we simply need to reduce stress or muscle aches, it is a really tempting plan. So whether your choice is conditioned by the time of year, your mood, or whether your skin is more or less sensitive, I have to confess that both alternatives have their corresponding advantages and disadvantages.

It is true that taking a bath at a low temperature is sometimes not to everyone's preference because even in summer most prefer to be at a thermal sensation similar to that of their body.
