I am not a smoker, I have never learned and have never felt the desire to smoke, I have always known that smoking is harmful to health, as a young man I played sports and I knew that smoking was harmful, I was lucky to be able to stay away from smoking, to it I prefer ice cream, chocolate, pizza, a plate of spaghetti, in short, the list is long of good alternatives to smoking, I'm sorry for smokers but I think smoking is not a good thing is known to everyone worldwide the consequences of smoking, life is good and without smoking is better, please smokers stop smoking life is too good.

I quit smoking 20 years ago, when I was 28 (started at 14, pure out of curiousity and noone knew). Sometimes I dream I'm smoking again. Than I'm angry at myself and say "How could you!" I truly don't miss it. If I'm proud of anything about myself, it's at least that.

@Dewaputra thanks to more information many people have stopped smoking but the institutions need to do more, especially young people should never start, I am optimistic and I think that one day no one will smoke anymore
