The Venezuelan government in its inefficiency has not yet understood the importance of education for the development of a country, imagine with a basic basket (which is the food and services that a family consumes per month) that is around 330 dollars, the lack of social welfare policies that benefit or protect the public employee of the education sector, a paltry salary of some 30 dollars a month in the best of cases for a professional with 5th level studies, more than 20 years of service and 40 working hours per week (not counting those who work at home), the low endowment and the poor conditions of the workspace; It has caused the massive exodus to other sectors that allow this professional to earn a salary or income to survive, the abandonment of the institutions is almost a fact, the measures of pressure by the government for the reincorporation to the classrooms are done in a subtle, with a psychological attack on walls, without coming out into the open.
It is well known from other sectors such as electricity, hydrological, hydrocarbons, considered by the government as priorities where the employee benefits from bonuses, which do not directly affect benefits but pay for the moment, at a ratio of 5 to 1 with respect to those granted to the education sector, the marginality of our sector is sad and despite the fact that it is one, if not the first, of which houses the largest number of public employees, cohesion and unity in a single voice of the labor mass, is non-existent , the unions that take the baton decline before the impositions of the current government, it is not explained that the contracts of the workers and administrative personnel of the education sector, enjoy greater benefits than that of the teaching professional.
We demand a salary increase that adjusts to inflationary changes, as well as medical, funeral, recreational and other services that are attractive and competitive internationally, we have what! All these revisions and adjustments, plus others that may arise, It will motivate the reincorporation and the desire to work in the reconstruction of the country from the classrooms.
Triste lo de los Educadores
El gobierno venezolano en su ineficiencia no ha comprendido aun la importancia que reviste la educación para el desarrollo de un país, imaginense con una cesta basica (que son los alimentos y servicios que consume una familia al mes) que ronda los 330 dolares,la carencia de políticas de bienestar social que beneficien o protejan al empleado público del sector educativo, un sueldo mísero de algunos 30 dólares al mes en el mejor de los casos para un profesional con estudios de 5to nivel mas de 20 años de servicio y de 40 horas laborables a la semana (sin contar las que se trabajan en el hogar), la poca dotación y las malas condiciones de espacio de trabajo; ha provocado el éxodo masivo hacia otros sectores que le permitan devengar a este profesional un salario o entrada para subsistir, el abandono de las instituciones es casi un hecho, las medidas de presión por parte del gobierno para la reincorporación a las aulas se hace de manera sutil, con un ataque psicológico a muros, sin que salga a la luz pública.Es bien sabido de otros sectores como el eléctrico, hidrológico, hidrocarburos, considerados por el gobierno prioritarios donde al empleado se le beneficia con bonificaciones, que no inciden directamente en las prestaciones pero solventa el momento, a una relación de 5 a 1 con respecto a los otorgados al sector educativo, la marginalidad de nuestro sector es triste y a pesar de que es uno, sino el primero, de los que alberga la mayor cantidad de empleados públicos, la cohesión y unión en una sola voz de la masa laboral, es inexistente, los gremios que llevan la batuta declinan ante las imposiciones del gobierno actual, no se explica que los contratos de los obreros y personal administrativo del sector educativo, gocen de mayores beneficios que la del profesional docente.
Demandamos un aumento salarial que se ajuste a los cambios inflacionarios, así como servicios médicos, funerarios, recreativos y otros, que sean atractivos y competitivos a nivel internacional, ¡tenemos con que!, todas estas revisiones y ajustes, más otros que puedan surgir, motivara la reincorporación y los deseos de trabajar en la reconstrucción del país desde las aulas de clase.
