Nothing as simple as making hummus yourself... nice fresh and adaptable to your own taste... it makes me hungry.
What do you need for this?
2 cans of chickpeas (drained about 400g)
You keep the juice of the chickpeas separate
Tahin (sesampasta)
Limes
Garlic
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Falafel is ook zo lekker als we het toch over kikkererwten hebben.
