de week van de immuniteit is de laatste week van onze 30 dagen gezonheids challenge. je kan steeds beginnen met onze stress reeks, slaap reeks, buik gezondheid reeks en dan onze afsluiter immuniteits reeks. gebruik de hashtags #gezondheidschallenge onder de betreffende blog als je mee doet.
