One of the popular brands on the market is Yarrah , known for its organic and sustainable approach to pet food. However, recent findings about the contents of their wet food tubs raise serious questions about the integrity of their product information and marketing.

The claim: salmon and shrimp

Yarrah sells their wet food tubs under attractive names such as “Grain-free pate with MSC salmon, supplemented with certified organic seaweed” They promote the product as a complete, nutritious and very tasty meal for your cat, made with no added chemical fragrances, colors and flavors, pesticides and GMOs. According to Yarrah, the food contains the most absorbable proteins, which ensures that your cat gets exactly what it needs.

The reality: hardly any salmon, no shrimp

I bought the salmon variant, tubs (recommended) and sold at Bolcom like salmon and shrimp) but when I take a closer look at the list of ingredients, however, I see a completely different story.
