A streak is a continuous and unbroken series of daily contributions. This means that you have to visit Yoors every day and create a post. Don't worry, we'll remind you if you didn't post.
You can resume your streak without losing any progress by buying a Streak Renewal Pass. If you don't want to buy a pass, you can opt to start over from Day 1.
